Tinytots sign collective agreement with FOA
A new collective agreement for employees in the private company Tinytots comes into force on 1 November 2015.
The private company Tinytots has joined the Non-profit Private Institutions Management Company (SPIA), which today has entered into an agreement with FOA on wage and employment conditions for employees at Tinytots.
This means that employees of Tinytots from 1 November 2015 are secured salary conditions corresponding to standard levels in the field of private childcare.
“Today we are turning a new leaf and starting a new chapter. I am very pleased that the company has elected to enter into a collective agreement that ensures our members orderly conditions,’ says Dennis Kristensen, chairman of FOA.
Tinytots is looking forward to the partnership.
“We are an international company and sometimes it can be difficult to figure out the rules. We have always wanted to reach a solution that works for everyone. Now we are looking forward to the partnership,” says partner in Tinytots Debarshi Mukherjee.
SPIA will be making its expertise available to Tinytots during the process of implementing the new collective agreement.
“SPIA views ensuring cooperation and agreement between the parties as a challenge. It is both about retaining jobs and ensuring that childcare of an international nature takes place under orderly conditions,” says Annette Foltmann, managing director of SPIA.
